Access through: Administration > Data > Java UME systems > Load data from Java UME systems

The Load data from Java UME systems report loads data from connected Java UME data sources into Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

Description

This report allows you to load Java UME data from the selected satellite systems to the master system via an RFC connection to make the data available in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software reports. You can load the following data types:

  • System data

  • User master data

note

To have up-to-date data in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you should load user master data on a regular basis, preferably once a month.

Selection criteria

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for data types

You can select the data types to load.

note
  • You cannot deselect System data, because data about system details is always loaded.

  • If you deselect User master data, you cannot select Only currently valid users .

You can execute this report in the background.

Result

A pop-up shows information about the number of successfully loaded data sources, failed data sources, and inactive data sources. If there are errors, select Error details to show details.

The result shows the load protocol for each data source with the data types and the number of loaded records per data type.

The Data administration Java UME systems feature allows you to manage loaded data of connected Java UME data sources.

Description

A table shows icons for the status of the data types for each connected Java UME data source. When you select an icon, a pop-up shows the data source and category, and when and by whom the data was last loaded. There are options for loading and deleting data. If you select an empty field, a pop-up only shows the data source, category, and option for loading data. You can define warning thresholds that specify the time when the data becomes outdated.

Manage warning thresholds

For each data type, you can specify the number of days from which the data is outdated.

  1. Select Settings.png.

  2. Enter the numbers for the warning thresholds.

    note

    If you enter no number, the default value of 31 days is used.

Access through: Administration > Data > Java UME systems > Delete data Java UME systems

The Delete data Java UME systems report deletes loaded data of selected Java UME data sources.

Description

This report allows you to delete loaded data of Java UME systems.

Selection criteria

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Load date

Enter the load date to delete the data loaded before this date.

Data types

You can deselect the data types that you do not want to delete.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result

The report result shows information about the selected data sources, data types, and loading dates.

Functions available in the report result:

  • Select rows and select Delete.png to delete data.
