The Notes feature gives you an overview of all the notes that you created in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

Description​

In many features of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can add notes to table entries selecting New.png. The Notes feature allows you to show all these created notes in a single place.

There is a tree structure with the main Notes folder and subordinate feature folders. Each feature folder has the notes that you created for that specific feature. You can select the note texts you want to display:

  • Double-click on the Notes folder to show all existing note texts.

  • Double-click on a subordinate feature folder to show the note texts for that specific feature.

  • Double-click on an entry within a folder to only show a single note text.

In the Notes feature, you can only show notes, not edit them.

tip

There are SAP standard functions, for example, to copy, search, or save note texts as a local file.
