Usage analysis ABAP systems

Access through: Reports > Reports for ABAP systems > Usage analysis

The Usage analysis report shows the users' usage of ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you information about the following activities of users on the selected ABAP data sources:

  • Days since the last logon

  • Consumption data (task types and objects)

  • Change document data

  • Activities in Professional tables and Limited Professional tables

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for consumption data

The conditions for the consumption data include task types and objects. You can select exclusive task types and exclusive objects to show the users who only used the selected task types and objects. To show users who also used the selected task types and objects, you can select inclusive task types and inclusive objects.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

This report result description refers to a report execution with an aggregation scheme by user ID.

The aggregated report result shows information about the user groups, the days since the last logon, the used CPU seconds, step counts, changes, and the consolidated license type. Activated checkboxes indicate Professional and Limited Professional table activities.
