Change user master data

In many report results, you can change the user master data of one or several users and save the changes in Change lists.

tip

There is also a report for mass change of user master data in Snow Optimizer for SAP^® Software.

Procedure

1. In the report result, select one or several rows.

2. Select Change user master data.

3. In the pop-up, select the user master data field and enter the field value.

4. Select .

5. Do one of the following:

   • Select an existing change list.

     1. Select a row.

     2. Select .

   • Create a new change list.

     1. Select New.

     2. Enter the name and the description of the new change list.

     3. Select .
