Active Directory info
Access through: Reports > Show Active Directory info
The Active Directory info report shows user information of a connected Active Directory (AD) data source.
Before using this report, you must maintain the Active Directory settings in Active Directory connector.
Description
This report gives you information about users who have an Active Directory account in addition to an SAP account. If available, the report shows the extra user information from the Active Directory.
Selection criteria
The selection screen of the report has standard selection criteria.
Active Directory selection screen
After you have executed the standard selections of the report, an Active Directory selection screen is shown. In the Active Directory selection screen, you can select Active Directory attributes. By selecting Single values only/Ranges you can switch between the single value selection and the range field selection. By selecting New field selection/Hide field selection, you can open the selection to add or delete attributes.
The Active Directory selection screen shows the Active Directory attributes that you have defined in Active Directory connector.
Result
The report result shows user data on data sources depending on the selected standard selection criteria and Active Directory selection criteria. The All users tab gives user information across systems, while tabs for individual systems give user information for each system type. The columns highlighted in green indicate the Active Directory data.
