Authorized/executed transactions

The Authorized/executed transactions report shows the authorized and executed transactions of users of ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you information about the transactions that users are authorized to use and whether the users actually use these transactions.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for transaction codes and roles

You can select transaction codes and roles to limit the report results.

More options

The Condense * authorization option causes that if a user has the authorization for all transactions in one of his roles, only one row with * is shown as the value for the transaction code in the report result. This option is activated by default.

By activating the List users without TCODE option, the report result also shows users without authorized transactions.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows information about the users on the ABAP data sources and their authorized transaction codes. Activated checkboxes indicate used transactions.
