Manage variants

You can create and select variants in the selection screens of many reports.

Create variant​

  1. Enter or select data in the selection screen of the report.

  2. Save.

  3. Enter variant name and description

  4. Save.

Select variant​

  1. In the selection screen of the report, select Get variant.png.

  2. In the pop-up, select a row and select Accept.png.

Delete variant​

  1. In the SAP menu, select Goto > Variants > Delete.

  2. In the pop-up, select a row and select Accept.png.

  3. In the pop-up, select an option and select Continue.
