Authorized/ executed transactions

The report shows users and their authorized transactions on selected ABAP data sources. Transactions executed over a defined period of time are marked as used. The report is based on user data, authorization roles, transaction data, and CCMS statistics data. CCMS statistics data is needed to determine if transactions have been executed.

By entering transaction codes, the report only shows the status regarding these transactions. By entering roles, the report only shows results regarding transactions assigned to these roles. The option 'Condense * authorization' is activated by default and summarizes results containing '*' authorizations to a single line. 'List users without TCODE' adds users without authorized transactions to the report.
