User reconciliation

The report compares data sources and shows on which data sources which user accounts exist. This report can be used to cross-check if users on a specific SAP data source have also an account on other SAP data sources.

  1. Select data sources for pools A and B.

    Select valid or valid and invalid users.

  2. Select aggregation scheme.

  3. Select license type hierarchy.

  4. If the report is executed in background, select notifications and receiver lists.

  5. Click on Execute.png.

The result provides an overview of total numbers of groups in pool A and B as well as pool A and B only.

The resulting table provides information about users on data sources aggregated in groups and users in pool A and/or pool B. If a user exists only in pool A, a checkbox is activated in column 'Exclusive pool A'. If a user exists only in pool B, a checkbox is activated in column 'Exclusive pool B'.
