Usage analysis

The report shows the usage of selected ABAP data sources regarding last user logon, consumption data, change document data, and Professional and Limited Professional table activities.

The conditions for consumption data include task types and objects. Task types and objects exclusive are selected to see only users who exclusively used the selected task types and objects. Task types and objects inclusive are selected to see users who also used the selected task types and objects.

1. Select ABAP data sources.

2. Select ABAP users.

   Select valid or valid and invalid users.

3. Select monthly period.

4. Enter exclusive and inclusive task type numbers.

   To see task types with description, click on .

   Select task type number and click on .

   Enter exclusive and inclusive objects.

5. Select aggregation scheme.

6. Select license type hierarchy.

7. If the report is executed in background, select notifications and receiver lists.

8. Click on .

The resulting table provides information about users aggregated in groups, days since last logon, used CPU seconds, step counts, changes, and consolidated license type. Professional and Limited Professional table activities are indicated by an activated checkbox.
