Create offline file

The report creates an offline file with data from a selected BusinessObjects data source and saves it to an application server or a front-end. The offline file contains all data from activated data types. Some options are activated by default. All options can be modified except the data type 'System data' because data about system details are always exported.

1. Select BusinessObjects data source.

2. Select application server or front-end.

   If application server is selected, click on  to select server and path. If required, change file name.

   If front-end is selected, click on  to select path and enter file name.

3. Activate or deactivate options for data types.

4. Click on .
