Delete non-periodic data

The report deletes non-periodic data on selected BusinessObjects data sources. The non-periodic data is deleted depending on the selected data age and activated data types. All data types are activated by default.

Warning

When executing the report, data is deleted immediately without warning.

1. Select BusinessObjects data sources.

2. If required, deactivate checkbox(es) to keep data.

   note

   This step is not required if the report is scheduled in batch mode to automate the deletion process.
