Guided procedures

The Guided procedures feature in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software helps you to execute administrative processes in a guided way. Guided procedures lead you through the steps of a process, ensuring that you complete all steps in the correct order.
Each guided procedure represents an administrative process and consists of a set of steps. Each step is assigned to an activity, which can be an SAP standard or a Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software feature. For some steps, you can select which sub-step you want to execute.
Guided procedures are available for the following processes:

Initial setup
Guides you through all the steps needed to get Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software ready for use after installation, such as loading and installing the license file or managing the system connections.

Connect to central LAW and HR systems
Guides you through all the steps needed to maintain the RFC destination to the LAW central system and assign HR data sources to data sources in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

Connect to Active Directory
Guides you through all the steps needed to assign Active Directory servers to data sources in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.
