Template manager

Access through: Administration > Template manager

The Template manager feature shows an overview of all templates that are available in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software. Templates are automatically updated and/or installed in the background after a new installation or update. A pop-up notifies the first user who opens Snow Optimizer for SAP​®​ Software about the template installation. If necessary, you can install the templates manually by selecting Install templates. Selected checkboxes indicate when templates are installed and ready to use.

  • To avoid inconsistencies due to dependencies between template objects, you must install all templates at once.

  • Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software installs the templates in the background. You can check this background process via transaction SM13.

  • You may need to regenerate Execute ruleset reports after the template installation is done.

  • You cannot delete templates from the template manager, but only from the respective feature. To avoid inconsistencies, dependencies between template objects are checked when you delete templates.
