Assign dashboards
Access through: Administration > Dashboards > Dashboard user assignment
In Dashboard user assignment, you can assign dashboards to specific users so that a dashboard is opened by default.
The assignment criteria can be:

User name
-
User group
-
Email address
-
Department
-
Function
-
Company name

If no dashboard is assigned to a user, the user can select a dashboard to open.

If there are many dashboard assignments for the same user, the first list entry is applied.
