Authorization roles for transactions

Access through: Reports > Reports for ABAP systems > Roles and authorizations > Authorization roles for transactions

The Authorization roles for transactions report shows the roles that authorize transaction codes of ABAP systems.

Description​

This report gives you information about the relation between authorization roles and transaction codes on the selected ABAP systems. If you select authorization roles and transaction codes, the report shows if the transactions are assigned to the roles. If you only select transaction codes, the report shows all roles which include the entered transactions.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

You can select transaction codes and authorization roles to limit the report results.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows information about the ABAP data sources, the authorization roles, and the authorization role names.
