Change documents profile analysis

The Change documents profile analysis report shows to what extent the usage of ABAP systems based on change documents corresponds to the objects that are defined in a usage profile.

Description​

This report gives you information about the extent to which the usage on selected ABAP data sources corresponds to a selected usage profile. The usage is based on the number of transactions or change document object classes that resulted in change documents in the system. You can choose whether the report counts the transactions or change document object classes that are excluded from or included in a usage profile.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for report type

You have to enter the usage profile and can select between four different analysis options:

  • The number of transactions that are excluded from the usage profile.

  • The number of transactions that are included in the usage profile.

  • The number of change document object classes that are excluded from the usage profile.

  • The number of change document object classes that are included in the usage profile.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

This report result description refers to a report execution with an aggregation scheme by user ID.

The report result shows information about the users aggregated in groups and the consolidated license type. Depending on the selected option, the report result also shows the number of transactions or change document object classes that are included in or excluded from the selected usage profile.
