Data overview

The Data overview report shows an overview of the data of ABAP systems.
Description
This report gives you information about the clients, the number of users, Engines, and activated Business functions on the selected ABAP data sources. You can download the report result as PDF files.
You can identify the number of users also with the User counts on data sources report.
Selection criteria
In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:
Option for PDF download
By activating the Download as PDF checkbox, you can save the report result as PDF files. If you download PDF files, you have to select a download path after executing the report and the report result is not shown online.
Result
The report result shows the following information in separate tabs:

Client: System, installation number, client, default license type, SAP release, hardware key, database system, and more

User counts: Validity, user types, user status, and logon activities

Engines: Unit, application, measurement, counts, and more

Business Functions: System, installation number, Business Function type, activation, and more
