User counts on data sources

Access through: Reports > Baseline reports > User counts on data sources

The User counts on data sources report shows the number of users on ABAP, Java UME, HANA, BusinessObjects, and external systems.

For ABAP systems, you can identify the user counts also with the Data overview report.

Description​

This report gives you an overview of the number of users on the selected data sources, grouped by criteria like, for example, status, user type, or logon activities.

Selection criteria​

The selection screen of the report has standard selection criteria.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows the number of users per data source and overall grouped by

  • Validity

  • User type (Dialog, System, Communication, Reference, Service, Developer)

  • Status (Locked, Expired, Future, Unused)

  • No logon for 90 days, 180 days, or 360 days
