Access through: Reports > Reports for S/4HANA Cloud systems > User list

The User list report shows user information of S/4HANA Cloud systems.

Description​

This report gives you an overview of the user data and logon activities on the selected S/4HANA Cloud systems.

note

To show the last logon of users in the report results, you must load the S/4HANA Cloud data via CSV file import.

Selection criteria​

In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:

Options for logon analysis

  • In the Days since last logon field, you can enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

  • To show users who have not logged on for the selected number of days, you can select the Show inactive users option. To show users who have logged on within the selected number of days, you can select the Show active users option.

  • In the Base date area, you can select the option for the base date of the period. If you select the Manual base date option, you have to enter the date manually.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows general and detailed information regarding the users on the selected S/4HANA Cloud systems.
