Manage aggregation lists
Access through: Cross-functional objects > User aggregation > Aggregation lists
In preparation for the user aggregation in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can create aggregation lists.
Create aggregation list

Select .

Enter a name and description for the new aggregation list.

To add entries, do the following:

Select .

In Details aggregation list, enter the group number and user ID.
noteUser IDs of the same user must have the same group number.

Select data sources or all connected data sources

Select .
-
Repeat steps i. to iv. until you added all required entries.

Optionally, do the following:

To normalize the aggregation list, select .
noteWhen you normalize an aggregation list, Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software assigns the same group number to the user IDs that had different group numbers before.

To check for deleted data sources, select .
noteIf a data source is deleted, Data source deleted is selected in the respective row.

To merge the aggregation list with another aggregation list, select and select the aggregation list to merge.

Save.
After you created an aggregation list, you can create aggregation rules or add the aggregation list to an aggregation scheme.
Change aggregation list

Select the row of the aggregation list.

To show the detailed view, select .

To switch to change mode, select .

To make changes, do the following:

Change the name or description of the aggregation list.

To edit an entry, select a row and select .

To add an entry, select .
-
To delete an entry, select a row and select .

To copy an entry, select a row and select .

Save.
Copy aggregation list

Select the row of the aggregation list.

Select .
-
Change the name and description of the aggregation list.

Make other required changes:

To edit an entry, select a row and select .

To add an entry, select .
-
To delete an entry, select a row and select .

To copy an entry, select a row and select .

Save.
