Self-declarations

Access through: Contract management > Compliance > Self-declaration

Self-declaration is a part of the Contract management feature of Snow Optimizer for SAP^® Software. You can create, change, and copy self-declarations to maintain the usage of products that can't be measured automatically, in particular the use of engines. You can select a self-declaration in the compliance analyses. The self-declared values are then added to the automatically measured results.

• Before you can manually declare the value of products, you must create the respective products.

• You can only maintain products with the inventory determination type Self-declaration in a self-declaration.

• You can also declare measurable engines in a self-declaration.
