Expiring contracts

The Expiring contracts report is a part of the Contract management and the Warning functions features of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software. It gives you an overview of which SAP license contracts are about to expire.

You can select whether the report considers only the expiration dates of the contracts or also the products included and the number of days until the contract and the products expire. After execution, the report can send notifications with the report results.

You can find the expiring contracts report in two places in the Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software menu: once in the Contract management folder and once in the Warning functions folder.

To stay informed about the current status of your license contracts, schedule this report as a regular job in the background or as a follow-on job in a Master Job and select the send notifications option.

Selection criteria​

The selection screen of the report has the following selections:

License contract

Enter the number of days until the expiration date of the contracts to be included in the report.

Notification

You can select whether the report sends notifications after execution and enter the notification text and receiver list.

You can execute this report in the background.

Result​

The report result shows an overview of the expiring contracts and products, if selected.
