Log in to Flexera Support Portal

The software package of Snow Optimizer for SAP^® Software can be downloaded from Flexera Support Portal.

1. Go to Flexera Support Portal .

2. Click on 'Login'.

3. Use existing credentials, request new password, or register new user.

4. If credentials exist:

   1. Enter username and password.

   2. Click on 'Sign in'.

5. If a new password is required:

   1. Click on 'Forgot password?'.

   2. Enter email address and click on 'Submit'.

   note

   A temporary password is sent via email which is used to create a new password.

6. If a new user is required:

   1. Click on 'Let's go!'.

   2. Enter email address and click on 'Submit'.

      You receive a verification email with a link to complete your registration.

   3. In the verification email, click on the registration link.

   4. Enter personal data and activate captcha.

   5. Select 'Create account'.
