Manage self-declarations
Access through: Contract management > Compliance > Self-declaration
In preparation for a compliance analyses in the contract management of Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software, you can create, change, and copy self-declarations.
Create self-declaration

Select .

Enter a name and description of the new self-declaration.

In the pop-up, select products and select .

Enter the number of licenses and description for every product.

When the value of a product has been finally determined and you can report the value to SAP, select the Final value checkbox for information purposes.

Save.
Change self-declaration

Select the row of the self-declaration.

Make the required changes.

To add a product, select .

Copy self-declaration
