Manage contract hierarchy

Access through: Contract management > Contracts

In the contract hierarchy, you can create the hierarchical order of frame contracts and license contracts in Snow Optimizer for SAP® Software.

Create contract hierarchy​

  1. Select Switch to change mode.png.

  2. Move the cursor on a contract and right-click.

  3. To create a contract on the same level, select in the context menu After line | same level or Before line | same level.

    To create a contract on a lower level, select in the context menu After line | lower level.

    note

    Depending on the selected contract type and position in the contract hierarchy, there are different selection options for the place to insert a contract.

  4. Repeat steps two and three until the contract hierarchy represents your current contract situation.

Change contract hierarchy​

  1. Select Switch to change mode.png.

  2. To change the position of a contract in the contract hierarchy, move the cursor on the contract and right-click.

  3. In the context menu, select Cut.

  4. Move the cursor on another contract and right-click.

  5. In the context menu, select Paste and select the place to insert the contract.

  6. Repeat steps two to five until the contract hierarchy represents your current contract situation.
