Cost allocation execution

When a cost allocation is executed, the cost allocation scheme containing the cost center hierarchy is applied to the data. The cost allocation is based on the selected data option regarding loaded users, rule set result (current), or rule set result (recommended). 'Loaded users' can be selected to consider user data from connected data sources. 'Rule set result (current)' can be selected to consider current license type values. 'Rule set result (recommended)' can be selected to consider recommended license type values.

1. Click on .

   Select cost allocation scheme and click on .

2. Select data basis.

3. If loaded users was selected as data basis, Select data sources.

   Select users and Select valid or valid and invalid users.

   Enter description.

   Select aggregation scheme.

   Select license type hierarchy.

4. If rule set result (current) or rule set result (recommended) was selected as data basis, select rule set result.

   Enter description.
