Logon analysis

The Logon analysis report shows logon activities of BusinessObjects systems.
Description
This report gives you information about which users on the selected BusinessObjects data sources have or have not logged on for a certain period. To calculate the period, you can enter the number of days and select the base date.
Selection criteria
In addition to the standard selections, the selection screen of the report has the following selections:
Options for logon analysis

In the Days since last logon field, you can enter the number of days that define the period since the last logon.

To show users who have not logged on for the selected number of days, you can select the Show inactive users option. To show users who have logged on within the selected number of days, you can select the Show active users option.

In the Base date area, you can select the option for the base date of the period. If you select the Manual base date option, you have to enter the date manually.
You can execute this report in the background.
Result
The report result shows information about the users on the data sources, the number of days since the last logon, the last logon date, the license type, the number of aliases, and more.
