Single usage profiles

Single usage profiles can be created, and existing single usage profiles can be edited. Single usage profiles can be created in a way that they correspond to separated activity areas in SAP.

note

  • Single usage profiles that are part of the License Intelligence templates are password-protected. Protected single usage profiles cannot be shown or copied without entering a password. The password is for Snow Software use only.

  • In the single usage profile overview, password-protected single usage profile templates are indicated by activated checkboxes in the 'Template' and 'Protected' columns.

tip

Creating a single usage profile that contains all generally excluded transactions and reports is recommended. This profile should be reused within all composite usage profiles.
